60 Expiry of orders and power to make them
(1)
In this section —
expiry day means 19 December 2027.
(2)
A preventative detention order, or a prohibited contact order, that is in force immediately before the expiry day ceases to be in force at the start of the expiry day.
(3)
A preventative detention order, and a prohibited contact order, cannot be applied for, or made, on or after the expiry day.
