133 Variation of categories of passenger transport service
(1)
On an application under section 132, the CEO may vary the passenger transport vehicle authorisation to, as the case requires —
(a)
remove a category of passenger transport service in relation to the vehicle; or
(b)
add a category of passenger transport service in relation to the vehicle if the CEO is satisfied that —
(i)
the requirements of section 132(2) have been met; and
(ii)
the vehicle meets the requirements specified in the regulations.
(2)
A variation must be in writing.
