135 Authorisation document
(1)
If the CEO grants a passenger transport vehicle authorisation under this Division, the CEO must issue an authorisation document to the holder of the authorisation.
(2)
The authorisation document must —
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
identify the holder of the passenger transport vehicle authorisation; and
(c)
specify the authorisation number; and
(d)
identify the vehicle authorised; and
(e)
specify the category or categories of passenger transport service for which the vehicle is authorised to be operated.
