35 Variation of conditions
(1)
The CEO may vary the conditions of an on‑demand booking service authorisation imposed by the CEO if the CEO is satisfied that the variation is appropriate in the circumstances.
(2)
A variation may be made on application under section 34 or on the CEO’s own initiative.
(3)
A variation —
(a)
must be in writing; and
(b)
may do any of the following —
(i)
vary existing conditions;
(ii)
remove existing conditions;
(iii)
add new conditions.
