37 Authorisation document
(1)
If the CEO grants an on‑demand booking service authorisation, the CEO must issue an authorisation document to the provider of the service.
(2)
The authorisation document must —
(a)
be in the approved form; and
(b)
identify the provider of the authorised on‑demand booking service; and
(c)
specify the authorisation number.
