Application for variation of conditions

(1)

The provider of an authorised regular passenger transport service may apply to the Minister for a variation of the conditions of the regular passenger transport service authorisation imposed by the Minister.

(2)

The application must —

(a)

be in the approved form; and

(b)

be accompanied by any documents or other information specified in the approved form; and

(c)

be accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
