Application for variation of approved routes and areas

(1)

The provider of an authorised regular passenger transport service may apply to the Minister to approve a variation to the route or routes or the area or areas approved under the authorisation.

(2)

The application must —

(a)

be in the approved form; and

(b)

be accompanied by any documents or other information specified in the approved form; and

(c)

be accompanied by the prescribed application fee.
