83 Notice of suspension order
The CEO must give written notice of a suspension order under section 79(1) or 81(4) to the provider of the regular passenger transport service stating the following —
that the regular passenger transport service authorisation is suspended;
the day on which the period of suspension commences;
the grounds on which the order is made;
if the order is made under section 79(1), any remedial action that the provider is required to take under section 79(2);
if the order is made under section 79(1)(a), (c) or (e) or 81(4), that the provider has a right to a review under Part 10.
