86 Notice of cancellation order
(1)
The Minister must give written notice of a cancellation order under section 79(1) to the provider of the regular passenger transport service stating the following —
(a)
that the regular passenger transport service authorisation is cancelled;
(b)
the day on which the cancellation takes effect;
(c)
the grounds on which the order is made;
(d)
if the order is made under section 79(1)(a), (c) or (e), that the provider has a right to a review under Part 10.
(2)
A regular passenger transport service authorisation subject to a cancellation order is cancelled on the day stated in the order.
