101 Powers of Tribunal to deal with complaint
The Tribunal may deal with a complaint referred to it under section 86(2)(c) or 99(1)(c) in 1 of the following ways —
(a)
dismiss the complaint;
(b)
make a finding of unprofessional conduct against the respondent;
(c)
make a finding of professional misconduct against the respondent.
