120 Issue of entry warrant
A magistrate to whom an application is made under section 119 may issue an entry warrant if satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that entry to the premises is necessary for investigative purposes.
An entry warrant must contain the following information —
a reasonably particular description of the premises to be entered;
a reasonably particular description of the purposes for which entry to the premises is required;
the period, not exceeding 30 days, during which it may be executed;
the name of the magistrate who issued it;
the date and time when it was issued.
