122 Effect of entry warrant
(1)
An entry warrant has effect according to its content and this section.
(2)
An entry warrant comes into force when it is issued by a magistrate.
(3)
An entry warrant ceases to be in force when it is executed.
(4)
An entry warrant authorises the inspector executing the warrant, during the period specified under section 120(2)(c), to —
(a)
enter the premises described in the warrant; and
(b)
exercise the powers referred to in section 114(2).
