Subdivision 1General provisions
167 Holding meetings
(1)
Meetings of the Board, unless convened under subsection (2) or (3), must be held at times and places determined by the Board.
(2)
A special meeting of the Board may at any time be convened by —
(a)
the chairperson; or
(b)
a majority of the Board members.
(3)
The first meeting of the Board must be convened by the registrar.
