188 Funds of Board
The funds available to the Board to enable it to perform its functions consist of the following —
fees, fines, costs and other money received or recovered by the Board under this Act;
other money lawfully received by, made available to, or payable to, the Board in connection with the performance of its functions;
any other money lawfully received by the Board.
Those funds must be applied in payment of the following —
the remuneration and allowances of Board members and members of a committee;
the remuneration of the registrar, inspectors and other persons employed or engaged by the Board;
all other expenditure lawfully incurred by the Board in the performance of its functions.
