This section amends the Constitution Acts Amendment Act 1899.
(2)
In Schedule V Part 3 delete the item for the Veterinary Surgeons’ Board.
(3)
In Schedule V Part 3 after the item for the Urban Lands Council insert:
The Veterinary Practice Board of Western Australia established by the Veterinary Practice Act 2021.
