25B Conditions of authorisation
A cattle spaying technician’s authorisation is subject to the following conditions —
(a)
a condition that the technician must not do, or omit to do, anything in connection with an act of veterinary medicine referred to in regulation 25A in a manner, or to an extent, that falls short of the standard of competence, diligence and safety that a member of the public is entitled to expect of a reasonably competent cattle spaying technician;
(b)
a condition that is imposed under a conditional authorisation order.
