51 Costs of providing combined waste service
(1)
If 2 or more local governments combine in providing a waste service, the CEO may, by written notice, determine the proportion of the cost of providing the service to be borne by each local government.
(2)
A local government aggrieved by a determination under subsection (1) may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal for a review of the determination.
