39 Performance audit by CEO
(1)
If an audit is carried out under section 47ZZE(1)(a) of the Act or pursuant to a direction under section 47ZZE(1)(b) of the Act, the Coordinator must grant to any person carrying out the audit entry to the Coordinator’s premises for the purposes of carrying out the audit.
(2)
The Coordinator is liable for any expenses incurred by the CEO in carrying out an audit under section 47ZZE(1)(a) of the Act and the CEO may recover the expenses from the Coordinator in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the State.
