45 Application of r. 14A
(1)
Regulation 14A(2)(a) applies only if the relevant notice is given by or issued to the Coordinator on or after 1 July 2026.
(2)
Regulation 14A(2)(b) applies only if the Coordinator becomes aware of the relevant notice on or after 1 July 2026 (whether the notice was given by or issued to the scheme participant or other person before, on or after 1 July 2026).
