18 Conditions of exemption
(1)
The CEO may grant an exemption under regulation 16(1) subject to conditions the CEO considers appropriate and specifies in the exemption.
(2)
An e‑waste service provider, landfill operator or significant entity to which an exemption applies must comply with the conditions specified in the exemption.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $10 000.
