26 Exemption applications made before commencement day
(1)
This regulation applies if —
(a)
an application for an exemption from a requirement imposed under these regulations is made before commencement day under regulation 16 (as in force before commencement day); and
(b)
the CEO has not decided the application before commencement day.
(2)
The application is taken, on and from commencement day, to be an application made under regulation 17.
