17 Saving for wills and revocations made under former provisions
(1)
The repeal of sections 17, 18 and 19 of this Act by section 16 of the Wills Amendment Act 2007 (the repeal) does not affect —
(a)
a will made under section 18 before the repeal; or
(b)
the revocation of such a will under section 19 before the repeal.
(2)
A will referred to in subsection (1)(a), or part of such a will, that was not revoked before the repeal has effect as if the repeal had not occurred, but may only be revoked after the repeal in accordance with section 15.
