45 Court may allow access to will
A person may, with the leave of the Court and in accordance with the terms of the leave, request the Principal Registrar to provide the person with a copy of a will deposited in the office of the Principal Registrar under section 44, and the Principal Registrar must comply with a request so made.
The Court may, on the application of any person, grant leave to the person for the purposes of subsection (1) on such terms as it thinks fit, but only if —
the Court is satisfied that adequate steps have been taken to allow all persons with a legitimate interest in the application to be represented in the proceedings; and
it appears to the Court to be necessary or desirable for the proper carrying out of the provisions of the will that leave be granted.
