31 Lost property
(1)
A person who finds any property in a zoological park that is apparently lost or abandoned must hand that property to a park management officer.
Penalty for this subregulation: a fine of $1 000.
(2)
A park management officer must return that property to the owner on being given satisfactory proof of ownership.
