37 Impersonation of park management officer
A person must not impersonate a park management officer.
Penalty: a fine of $1 000.

38. Recovery of costs of removing vehicle, etc.
The Authority may recover the costs of exercising the power in section 29(2)(c) of the Act from the owner of the vehicle, animal or other thing concerned in a court of competent jurisdiction as a debt due to the Authority.
