Change in principal officer

In force

(1)

If a vacancy occurs in the position of principal officer for a private adoption agency, the agency must, within 7 days—

(a)

appoint a person resident in the ACT as its principal officer in the ACT for this Act; and

(b)

notify the director‑general in writing accordingly.

(2)

A person ceases to be the principal officer of a private adoption agency for this Act if the person ceases to be resident in the ACT.
