Effect of action by principal officer

In force

(1)

Any act or thing done by the principal officer of a private adoption agency for this Act is, for this Act, taken to have been done by the private adoption agency.

(2)

Subsection (1) must not be taken to affect any personal liability of a principal officer for any act or thing done.
