Pet business licence application

Current

(1)

A person may apply to the authority for a licence to operate a pet business.

(2)

The application must—

(a)

be in writing; and

(b)

state—

(i)

the applicant’s name; and

(ii)

the applicant’s contact details; and

(iii)

the applicant’s trading name; and

(iv)

the applicant’s proposed trading address or addresses; and

(v)

the nature of the pet business; and

(c)

describe the premises from which the business will operate; and

(d)

include any information prescribed by regulation.
