36 Withdrawal of complaints
(1)
A complainant may withdraw the complaint at any time by written notice to the architects board.
(2)
If the complainant withdraws the complaint, the architects board—
(a)
need take no further action on the complaint; but
(b)
may continue to act on the complaint if the board considers it appropriate to do so; and
(c)
need not report to the complainant under section 40 (Action after investigating complaint) on the results of any action on the complaint.
