37 Further information about complaint etc
The architects board may, at any time, require a complainant to give the board further information about the complaint.
Giving false or misleading information is an offence against the Criminal Code, s 338.
When making a requirement under this section, the architects board must give the complainant a reasonable period of time to satisfy the requirement and may extend that period, whether before or after it ends.
If the complainant does not comply with a requirement under subsection (1), the architects board need not, but may, take further action in relation to the complaint.
