87 Board examinations
(1)
The architects board may—
(a)
conduct an examination if it considers it appropriate to do so for this Act; and
(b)
if it decides to conduct an examination—appoint an examiner to conduct the examination.
(2)
The architects board may determine—
(a)
the fees to be paid to examiners; and
(b)
the fees to be paid by candidates for examination.
(3)
A determination is a notifiable instrument.
