90A Notifiable instruments under s 8 and Legislation Act, s 47
This section applies in relation to a declaration or accreditation made under section 8 (Eligibility for registration).
A declaration or accreditation may apply, adopt or incorporate a law of another jurisdiction or instrument as in force from time to time.
The Legislation Act, section 47 (5) or (6) does not apply in relation to the law of another jurisdiction or instrument applied, adopted or incorporated under a declaration or accreditation.
Laws of another jurisdiction and instruments mentioned in s (3) do not need to be notified under the Legislation Act because s 47 (5) and (6) do not apply (see Legislation Act, s 47 (7)).
