Architects Act 2004

The architects board may issue a certificate, signed by the board—

stating that on a date or during a period stated a named person was or was not registered; and

if the person was registered—including details of the person’s registration.

The architects board may issue a certificate, signed by the board—

stating that on a date or during a period stated, a named person was or was not a nominee, or the primary nominee, for a firm; and

if the person was a nominee—including details of the person’s registration.

A certificate under this section is evidence of the matters stated in it.

Unless the contrary is proved, a document that purports to be a licence or certificate under this section is taken to be such a document.
