50 Emergency declarations—protection of emergency actions
(1)
A court or tribunal must not grant an interim injunction, make any other interim order or give any other interim relief having the effect of preventing, restricting, staying or deferring any emergency declaration or anything authorised or required to be done under an emergency declaration during the period the declaration has effect.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not prevent a court or tribunal from making a permanent injunction or other final order in any proceeding at any time.
