66 Meaning of prescribed requirements—div 5.1
In this division:
prescribed requirements, in relation to building work, means—
if the building work involves handling asbestos or disturbing friable asbestos—the requirements of—
this Act; and
the Work Health and Safety Act 2011; or
for any other building work—the requirements of this Act.
A reference to an Act includes a reference to the statutory instruments made or in force under the Act, including any regulation and the building code (see Legislation Act, s 104).
