70 Cancellation of part certificate of occupancy
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a certificate of occupancy has been issued under section 69 (3) for a part of a building; and
(b)
the construction occupations registrar, on completion of the whole of the building work, issues a certificate of occupancy for the whole of the building.
(2)
The construction occupations registrar must cancel the certificate of occupancy that relates to the part of the building.
