Certificates of occupancy and use for owner-builders

If the construction occupations registrar issues a certificate for building work carried out by a person who holds an owner-builders licence, the certificate must include a statement to the effect that part 6 (Residential building work—warranties, conditions, insurance etc) may not apply to the building work.
