Criteria for disciplinary action against casino employee

In force

(1)

In deciding whether to take disciplinary action, or what disciplinary action to take, against a casino employee, the commission must consider the following:

(a)

whether action has previously been taken against the casino employee;

(b)

the seriousness of any contravention of this Act;

(c)

the likelihood of further disciplinary action needing to be taken against the casino employee.

(2)

The commission may also consider any other relevant matter.
