798 Declaration of high risk employment
(1)
The Minister may declare employment in an industry, occupation or activity to be high risk employment if satisfied that it is likely to harm a child’s or young person’s health, safety, personal or social development (including by sexual or financial exploitation).
(2)
A declaration is a notifiable instrument.
