802 High risk employment permit—content
A high risk employment permit must state—
(a)
the name of the employer who is to employ the child or young person; and
(b)
the name of the child or young person who is to be employed; and
(c)
the location of the premises where the employment is to be undertaken; and
(d)
the length of the permit; and
(e)
any conditions to which the permit is subject.
