40 Offences—conduct registered event in breach of condition
A person commits an offence if—
the person is the registered promotor of a registered event; and
the registered event is subject to a condition; and
the person engages in conduct that fails to comply with the condition; and
the person is reckless about whether the conduct complies with the condition.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units, imprisonment for 6 months or both.
A person commits an offence if—
the person is the registered promotor of a registered event; and
the registered event is subject to a condition; and
the person fails to comply with the condition.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
An offence against subsection (2) is a strict liability offence.
