44 Offence—unregistered contestant at registered event
(1)
A person commits an offence if the person—
(a)
competes as a contestant in a registered event; and
(b)
is not registered as a controlled sports contestant.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.
