45 Offences—conduct registered event with unregistered contestant
A person commits an offence if—
the person is the registered promotor of a registered event; and
a contestant in the event is not registered as a controlled sports contestant; and
the person is reckless about whether the contestant is registered as a controlled sports contestant.
Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person is the registered promotor of a registered event; and
a contestant in the event is not registered as a controlled sports contestant.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
An offence against subsection (2) is a strict liability offence.
