Amendment—of pleadings after close of pleadings

In force

A party may amend the party’s pleadings after the close of pleadings only with the court’s leave.

Note 1

Pt 6.2 (Applications in proceedings) applies to an application for leave under this rule.

Note 2

The registrar may make an order amending a pleading if the parties affected by the order consent to it and the registrar considers it appropriate (see r 1611 (Orders—by consent)).
