Amendment—when leave to amend ceases to have effect

An order giving a party leave to amend a document ceases to have effect if the party has not amended the document in accordance with the order—

(a)

at the end of the time stated in the order for making the amendment; or

(b)

if no time is stated in the order—at the end of 14 days after the day the order was made.
