357 Other corrupting benefits
A person commits an offence if—
the person dishonestly—
provides a benefit to an agent or someone else; or
causes a benefit to be provided to an agent or someone else; or
offers to provide, or promises to provide, a benefit to an agent or someone else; or
causes an offer of the provision of a benefit, or a promise of the provision of a benefit, to be made to an agent or someone else; and
obtaining, or expecting to obtain, the benefit would tend to influence the agent to provide a favour.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 5 years or both.
An agent commits an offence if—

asks for a benefit for the agent or someone else; or
obtains a benefit for the agent or someone else; or
agrees to obtain a benefit for the agent or someone else; and
obtaining, or expecting to obtain, the benefit would tend to influence the agent to provide a favour.
Maximum penalty: 500 penalty units, imprisonment for 5 years or both.
For this section, it does not matter whether the benefit is in the nature of a reward.
