375 Going equipped offences—forfeiture
(1)
If a person is found guilty of an offence against section 315 (Going equipped for theft etc) in relation to an article, the person must forfeit to the Territory the article and any other article of the kind mentioned in that section that is in the person’s custody or possession.
(2)
If a person is found guilty of an offence against section 316 (Going equipped with offensive weapon for theft etc) in relation to an offensive weapon, the person must forfeit to the Territory the weapon and any other offensive weapon of the kind mentioned in that section that is in the person’s custody or possession.
