379 Forgery offences—forfeiture
(1)
This section applies if a person is found guilty of an offence against any of the following sections:
(a)
section 346 (Forgery);
(b)
section 347 (Using false document);
(c)
section 348 (Possessing false document);
(d)
section 349 (Making or possessing device etc for making false document).
(2)
The court may order, under the Crimes Act 1900, section 367 (Procedure on forfeiture), that any article used in relation to the offence be forfeited to the Territory.
