53CA Meaning of control order
For this Act, a control order, for a dog, means an order issued by the registrar to the dog’s keeper or carer requiring the dog’s keeper or carer to do—
(a)
a thing prescribed by regulation; and
(b)
any other thing the registrar considers appropriate.
