53D Revocation of control order
(1)
The registrar may revoke a control order if reasonably satisfied, after carrying out an inspection, that—
(a)
the order has been complied with; and
(b)
adequate steps have been taken so that there is not an unacceptable risk to the safety of the public from the control order being revoked.
(2)
The registrar must give written notice of the revocation, and a statement of reasons for the revocation, to each person to whom notice of the control order was given.
